In August of 2022 President Biden released an executive order to allow hearing aids to finally be sold over-the-counter without a prescription. Sony, the original audio innovator, quickly jumped at the opportunity to manufacture hearing aids for the first time.
Carousel came on board as the agency-of-record in this multi-year partnership to establish the Sony Hearing category and bring its line of hearing products to market. Starting with a strategic framework, we defined the Sony Hearing brand guidelines, created a messaging playbook, and produced launch assets for all outlets (video, retail, print, web, social, display).
The campaign won various awards and was featured on WSJ, Wired, CNET, and CBS, among others.
